Job description:

    As Account Manager, you will work in tandem with the sales team and in collaboration with the delivery team (technical and motion design). Your main tasks will be:

    Customer satisfaction 😃: - Supporting customers in implementing the solution by providing training and taking part in kick-offs. - Ensuring that projects are consistent with initial briefs and expected marketing objectives (KPIs). - Providing quarterly feedback to customers by analysing statistics, KPIs and targets in order to define improvement actions.

    Revenue Generation 💶: - Build customer loyalty by ensuring that customers keep coming back. - Increase the value of the customer portfolio by expanding the scope of contracts and increasing recurring income (subscriptions). - Develop existing accounts (new divisions, new subsidiaries). - Open new accounts.

    Project Management âš™: - Configuring projects on the Vidata platform (CTAs, questionnaires, etc.) and creating landing pages. - Leading and monitoring internal project meetings (weekly).

    Place of work: - Teleworking (3 days a week) and office in Vannes (2 days a week).

Profile required:

    At least 3 years' experience as a B2B Account Manager and/or Sales Manager and/or Customer Success Manager.

    Strong customer relations and sales orientation with an enthusiastic and motivated personality.

    Digital marketing skills and an eye for UX.

Remuneration and benefits:

  • Motivating and progressive remuneration: €50k (€38k fixed + €12k de-capped variable).

Conduct of interviews:

  • Initial 45-minute video interview with the Head of Sales and Lead Tech.
  • Second 30-minute video interview. with the CEO.
  • Physical interview with the CEO and Head of Sales in the form of a role play.
