Vidata wins the Coupe de France de la French Tech

It’s hard to find your way through all the start-ups… That’s the challenge that the prestigious French Tech Cup competition has set itself, by electing the best French start-up. This year, it is Vidata that takes the title!

A major event in the European digital ecosystem, the West Web Festival brings together the biggest French players in Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, SaaS and new software technologies. Numerous investment funds willingly participate in this competition to identify start-ups in which they wish to invest. The investment fund ISAI, which brings together more than 200 renowned entrepreneurs from large companies such as Blablacar, Boursorama Banque, Criteo, Facebook and Google, was part of the renowned jury. An event like this allows them to find the French nuggets, in which they will give their money and time to accelerate their development.

By awarding the French Tech Cup to Vidata, investors such as Thierry Vandewalle, charismatic Managing Partner of ISAI, have recognised the potential of personalised video as a future technology for business marketing. Personalised video can significantly increase the impact and profitability of marketing actions. The completion rate (percentage of videos viewed to the end) increases from 32% to 82% using personalised video: an exceptional progression! The jury of experts, which included Mr. Emmanuel Grenier, Managing Director of Cdiscount, was convinced by the growth potential of personalised video. The testimony of our client Groupama, France’s number one insurance company, confirmed their judgement.

This trophy is a springboard to publicise all the advantages of personalised video technology. In addition to the visibility it offers, Vidata wins a learning expedition in Silicon Valley. From next month, Alex Chinon, CEO of Vidata, will be in full immersion with the aim of being inspired and enriched by a new vision of the company. In addition, Vidata’s co-founders will be able to meet with Cédric O, Secretary of State for the Digital Economy, allowing them to expand Vidata’s network.
