BNP Paribas Cardif case study, or how to better convert a lead into a customer

Insurance specialist BNP Paribas Cardif wanted to better convert leads that had downloaded a white paper into insurance customers.

After downloading the white paper, the lead receives an enriched email with a personalised video. In this video, the lead is reminded of their interest in loan insurance by downloading a white paper on the subject. Then, they are presented with an interesting loan insurance offer. At the end of the video, the lead is invited to do a simulation to find out how much he or she would pay for their loan insurance.
