Sofinco has decided to send personalised videos by e-mail to its inactive customers to encourage them to re-use their revolving consumer credit. The customer receives an e-mail with a personalised visual, clicks and opens a dedicated landing page. On this landing page, they see a personalised video inviting them to re-use their revolving credit. They click on the CTA “to my customer area” to access their online area and reuse their revolving credit.


Thanks to the personalised video, Sofinco has witnessed a +32% increase in the average amount of revolving consumer credit used
