CORUM, leader in online real estate savings, was looking to strengthen its loyalty strategy from the first contact with a client.
After subscribing, the customer receives a personalised welcome video that explains the product in which he or she has just invested. This video also presents the customer area where they can find valuable documents (help with declarations, title deeds, etc.). At the end of the video, a CTA allows the customer to renounce to the “welcome pack” paper mailing. Customers are satisfied and activate their online space.
