UNADEV case, or how to considerably increase the number of donors!
UNADEV, the main association for blind and visually impaired people in France, is increasing its collection of donations, thanks to personalised videos.
UNADEV’s objectives were to increase the impact and profitability of its prospecting actions:
the number and average amount of donations, to personalise the prospect relationship via multi-channel communication and to improve the level of donor satisfaction. A multi-channel donation campaign that combines call, mail and personalised video e-mail: a personalised video e-mail is added to the mail and telemarketer calls to increase the performance of their prospecting actions.
Potential donors appreciate personalised videos: 91% of them watch the video until the end.
