Mutuelle Intériale, or how to welcome customers.

Mutuelle Intériale, the mutual insurance company for public service employees, was looking for a simple way to welcome new customers who had subscribed to a health and provident scheme, as well as old customers.

A personalised 45-second video is sent to customers when they sign up for the offer, for new customers, and at the beginning of the year, for old customers. The video welcomes the customer, presents the offer to which they have subscribed, its advantages, the member’s area and the contact points available to them.
