RCI Finance case, or how to do customer onboarding

RCI Bank and Service, leader in car leasing, wanted to improve the onboarding of its customers by sending them a personalised video.

A few days after signing the lease, the customer receives an email with a personalised visual. They click to be redirected to the RCI website. On the website, they see a personalised explanatory video that presents the leasing and the options chosen, a focus on payment (a specific point for Switzerland) and the possibilities the customer will have at the end of the leasing. In the end, the customer is satisfied and the number of calls to customer service is drastically reduced.
